A 1992 Ferrari F40, with only £8,000 miles on the clock, is for sale for £1,050,000 with Dick Lovett of Swindon.

The F40, built to celebrate Ferrari’s 40th anniversary, was designed by Italian firm Pininfarina and is considered by many to be the greatest Ferrari of all time.

The F40 received great admiration for its raw and aggressive styling which gave the driver a real feel for Ferrari’s racing pedigree in a totally road legal vehicle.

It was also the last new car presentation attended by Enzo Ferrari before his death in August 1988.

This car was registered in Germany in 1992 and arrived in the UK in 2011. Since leaving the factory in Maranello the car has only covered 8,317 miles.
